Business Partner Track

The Business Partner is responsible for managing and nurturing strategic relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with the company's Serialization and Warehouse Management strategies. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring industry trends and regulations and driving project success to support the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements.Your assignments
Partner Relationship Management (Internal View):
Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their inquiries and ensuring overall satisfaction Identify, engage, establish and develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within Kabi organizations (Production Unit, Market Unit, Business Unit, Region) Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and align them with Serialization, Warehouse Business Process Management and Project Managers Explore joint business opportunities to create business value Work with IT, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality and Operations teams to ensure partner activities are aligned with organizational objectives Collaborate with financial executives and business managers to create clear outcomes, define project scope and develop business cases and value propositionsMarket Research and Trends (External View):
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and evaluate their strategic fit In collaboration with Business Process Owner, monitor and understand international market and regulatory requirements Work with markets to initiate and coordinate necessary actions to implement new requirements Participate in industry advocacy and lobbying effortsPortfolio Management:
Understand business risks and prioritize projects in alignment with Regions and Business Units From a portfolio view, monitor the progression of projects through the delivery phase Oversee the portfolio budget and forecasting Report portfolio progress and risks to ManagementProject Management
Support Portfolio/Project Managers in their daily business with PMO tasks Your profileBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, natural science or a related field Minimal 3 years of experience in project management, supply chain management, partner relationship management or a similar role Experience in Serialization/Track & Trace and warehouse management Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus Relevant certifications in IT, supply chain management or project management are advantageous Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships and work collaboratively across various functions and stakeholders Strong strategic thinking skills to align partner needs with organizational goals Ability to analyse and understand problems and identify potential solutions Fluent in written and spoken English-
