Purpose of Role

Join our team where our shared values drive us towards a vision that revolutionizes your expectations of performance solutions. As a member of our enthusiastic sales team operating across the DACH region, you'll contribute to our mission from your Remote/Home Office in Germany. You will be part of our high performing Buying Group Team.

This role is a temporary position for the period from 1st of April 2024 until end of September 2025 (approx. 1 year and 6 months). 

Your Impact
  • Consultant of our retailer (Sell In, Sell Through, Re-Order).
  • Cultivate and fortify strategic partnerships with our valued Accounts.
  • Participate with management in creating and updating account plans and set sales goals, prepare, and hold strategic meetings with regional important customer.
  • Utilize analytical insights to monitor sell-out and order volumes, ensuring sustainable growth for our accounts.
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products at Trade Fairs and/or virtual sell in meetings.
  • Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism.
  • Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations
  • Develop and execute operational business, growth, and sales strategies.
  • Lead the Go-to-Market process, ensuring comprehensive touchpoints for mutual growth.
  • Provide exceptional service to our accounts, prioritizing their needs.
  • Take over project ownership for overarching topics in the team.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Alternative 2-3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
  • Sales experience during internship or student job 
  • Strong people orientation
  • Proven knowledge of retailer strategies and objectives
  • Highly self-motivated and well organized 
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills (fluent in German & English)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • PC skills that include a good standard on Power Point, Excel and Outlook
  • Analytical mindset and used to work with sales data and analytic tools 
  • Proven results as a team player
  • Passion for the brand
Workplace Location
  • Location: Fully remote, working from home in Germany, this individual must reside within Germany territory
  • Travel: IE- 20-30% of the year 
  • Licenses/Certifications: Driver's license
