Our client is a famous Web3 brand, looking for an outstanding CISO (m/f/d), leading global security, 100% remote.
Job Description
Being the point of contact for internal & external stakeholders with regards to all Information & IT Security related questionsLeading by example to nurture a culture of security awareness in business, and while being responsible for strategic matters, still operationalStrategic Leadership: defining and executing the company's information security vision, strategy, and policiesRisk Management: identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks related to crypto custody services, implementing risk-based controls and ensuring compliance with industry standardsEvaluating, selecting and implementing cutting-edge security technologiesIncident Response: developing and testing incident response plans. Leading investigations into security incidents and breachesRegulatory Compliance: staying informed about crypto regulations and compliance requirements. Working closely with the international compliance team
The Successful Applicant
Several years of experience in information security as an information security officer, ideally already as a CISO, alternatively as a senior security engineer looking for the next step into security managementCrypto Expertise: deep understanding of blockchain technology is a must, including Blockchain work experience. Candidates without this cannot be consideredIdeally, relevant security certificationsFluent EnglishStrong work ethics, accustomed to international work styles / ready to work in an international environment across time zones and culturesProactive personality with drive and a can do mentality in a fast-paced environment
