Your responsibilities

 

  • Support the development of a best-in-class operational risk management framework by contributing to improvement projects and on/off site risk assessments
  • Support the Operational Risk Engineers with plant specific risk profile analyses and technical support on risk mitigation solutions
  • Undertake maintenance and risk project prioritization within the framework of the annual Mid-Term Planning process, delivering thorough analysis on both planned and current actual expenditure profiles across assets
  • Prepare and optimize operational risk and process safety related reporting, and communicate risk profile for the operational business to the relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to the Insurance Strategy annual review process
  • Facilitate the development of new assets by providing support at various stages throughout the project lifecycle to ensure operational readiness
 

  

Your profile


  • Relevant university degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or natural science
  • Strategic understanding of operational risk management and energy market trends
  • operational experience (e.g., at a power plant) is advantageous
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerBi  and Power Point are essential
  • Ability to work across hierarchy, technology and country boundaries and to collaborate in teams with cultural diversity
  • Willingness to undertake international travel
  • Business fluency in English (German proficiency is a plus)
