Hally Solutions are partnering with a German-based robotics start-up, who are completely transforming their GTM teams and sales strategy in the region. VC-backed with significant recent funding, they are going through a hiring drive in Germany to continue their incredible growth journey, following on from 3x revenues in 2023 and looking to achieve the same again in 2024. Supported by the guidance of a renowned MEDDIC-playbook sales leader, they are transforming their sales approach and methodology towards new business prospecting. Now extending their focus to larger customers, we are looking to hire Enterprise AEs who will target organizations with 5k+ employees in manufacturing and production based industries.
  • We're looking to speak with candidates who have;
  • 5-10 years technology sales experience, software or hardware is acceptable
  • Experience of new logo wins in enterprise customer sizes
  • Engineering degree OR technical apprenticeship
  • Exposure to working in a structured IT sales environment; involving MEDDIC, value-based selling or similar
  • Start-up and builder mentality
  • Comfortable working remotely - roles can be based in NRW, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt
  • Fluency in German is essential
