The Senior Manufacturing/Process Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for driving and managing projects to ensure on-time delivery of our products and to improve the productivity of the production plant.
This position is part of the Technical Operations team located in Baierbrunn/Munich and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead international and cross-functional projects to ensure on-time delivery of our products.
- Drive engineering changes in collaboration with the R&D team and ensure correct implementation of design changes.
- Analyze investment and budget for future growth.
- Lead the test equipment team to ensure correct documentation and support of the validation projects.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering or similar and profound work-related experience in manufacturing processes (+7 years)
- Experience leading international and cross-functional projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps and Project Management Tools.
- Experience in the implementation of design changes in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in lean manufacturing.
- Proficiency in English and German.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience in internal and external ISO 13485 audits
