Ihre Rolle

  • Sie treiben die digitale Transformation in der gesamten Vertriebsorganisation der ZEISS Vision Care DACH voran
  • Sie werden als Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäfts- und Kundenanforderungen und IT-technischer Umsetzung fungieren und sind dadurch in direktem Austausch mit unterschiedlichen IT- und Digitalabteilungen auf lokaler und globaler Konzernebene
  • Sie unterstützen v.a. die Fachbereiche Customer Care und Marketing bei der digitalen Transformation und den damit verbundenen Projekten
  • Sie erstellen und führen Schulungen zu bestehenden und optimierten Prozessen, sowie zu neuen Softwarelösungen durch
  • Sie leiten interne und externe Digitalprojekte und adaptieren dabei auch globale Digitalprojekte für den lokalen Markt und sorgen für ein erfolgreiches Projektmanagement bis zum Rollout/Rollin
  • Sie sind Key-User von digitalen Tools wie z.B. SharePoint, Power BI, Formstack, Showpad, Qualtrics und Confluence

Ihr Profil

  • ein Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Business Management Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik)
  • mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung an der Schnittstelle von Digital/IT und Marketing/Vertriebs-Themen
  • umfassende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z.B. SharePoint, Power BI, Qualtrics, Confluence)
  • ein grundsätzliches Verständnis von Web-Development und Basiskenntnisse in gängigen Programmiersprachen
  • ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Lösungen und eine betriebswirtschaftliche Herangehensweise bei technisch komplexen Inhalten
  • bestehende Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Projektsteuerung im Konzernumfeld
  • eine Affinität zu Marketing-Themen, gepaart mit starken Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • eine unternehmerische als auch kundenorientierte Denkweise in Verbindung mit einer ausgeprägten Teamfähigkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
