Perform and develop protein analytical methods, with a primary focus on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)Utilize additional analytical techniques such as spectroscopic methods and capillary electrophoresis to analyze and characterize protein samplesInterpret and report data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytical method development and suitability assessmentParticipate in troubleshooting and maintenance of analytical equipmentContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of automated processesMaintain detailed documentation of all experimental work in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN) and other IT systems

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific field. (no Phd.)Experience in protein analytics, particularly HPLCFamiliarity with spectroscopic methods and capillary electrophoresisBasic IT knowledge, including proficiency in G-Suite, ELN, and ChromeleonA strong interest in robotic/automated processes and IT systems is highly desirableExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyStrong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholdersKnowledge of German is nice to have The activity is purely a laboratory activity
