Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in München suchen wir zum nächst­möglichen Zeitpunkt zwei

Project Manager Science Relations (m/w/d)

Vergütung nach TV-L (bis E 13) | befristet bis 12.2025 | Voll- oder Teilzeit

Zusammen mit deinem Team konzep­tionierst du als Project Manager innova­tive Formate zur Akti­vierung und Vernet­zung der bayerischen AI Science Community und arbeitest eng mit den Akteuren und Institu­tionen der baiosphere zusammen. Du enga­gierst dich in der struk­turierten Analyse, intelli­genten Struk­turierung und systema­tischen Darstellung der Forschungs­landschaft und ihrer „Hot Topics“. Dafür machst du ihre interna­tionale Leistungs­fähigkeit, fachliche Breite und inter­diszip­linäre Vernetzung durch geeignete Kennzahlen (KPIs) und prägnante Darstellung sichtbar und vergleichbar (benchmarking). Im Tages­geschäft unter­stützt du die Geschäfts­führung und den Bayerischen KI-Rat in unterschied­lichen Projekten und in der Gremien­arbeit.

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Diplom/Master), vorzugsweise technisch-naturwissenschaftliche Richtung Erfahrung im Projekt-, Wissenschafts- und/oder Innovationsmanagement, insbesondere in der Koordination von Forschungsanträgen und internationalen Kooperationen Gute Kenntnis der bayerischen und internationalen Wissenschaftslandschaft, vorzugsweise im Bereich KI/Digitalisierung Sicheres Auftreten, gute rhetorische Fähigkeiten, Verhandlungsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie sehr gutes schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen Routinierte Anwendung von aktuellen Tools und agilen Methoden des IT-gestützten Projekt- und Büromanagements, inkl. MS Office-Produkte und digitale Kommunikationsmittel Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Außerdem zeichnen dich folgende Eigenschaften wie Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit, Agilität, Teamplayer und Kreativität aus
