    About Our Client

    Für unseren Mandanten suchen wir einen engagierten und erfahrenen General Manager (m/w/d) im Bereich der ästhetischen Dermatologie. In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für den deutschen Markt und spielen eine zentrale Rolle beim weiteren Ausbau der Marktpräsenz sowie der Stärkung der Markenbekanntheit. Unser Mandant legt großen Wert auf eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und sowie, innovative Produkte in der Branche zu entwickeln.

    Wir suchen einen visionären General Manager, mit Erfahrung im RX-Markt, der die Erstellung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung eines umfassenden kommerziellen Plans für Deutschland leitet. In dieser Position tragen Sie die volle Verantwortung für das Deutschlandgeschäft und übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für die P&L.

  • Verantwortung für die strategische Leitung und das Wachstum des Unternehmens in Deutschland
Implementierung langfristiger- und kurzfristiger Ziele, Betriebspläne, Richtlinien sowie P&L ManagementLeitung des Marktzugangs- und Erstattungsprozesses in Deutschland in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem regionalen Market Access-Team, während er/sie sein/ihr lokales Market Access-Team aufbaut Aufbau, Führung und Entwicklung einer Vertriebsorganisation, um sicherzustellen, dass geeignete Talente vorhanden sind, um die Geschäftspläne des Unternehmens umzusetzen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen internationalen Führungsfunktionen wie Marketing, Medical Affairs, Vertrieb, Compliance, HR und PMO Verkörperung der Unternehmenswerte: Entschlossenheit, Einfluss, Spaß & Transparenz Schaffung eines Umfelds, in dem das Team erfolgreich arbeiten kann, durch klare strategische Ausrichtung, gezielte Befähigung zur Umsetzung und Aufbau unterstützender Prozesse und Systeme

The Successful Applicant

Mindestens abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder eine gleichwertige QualifikationMehrjährige Erfahrung als General Manager in der Pharmabranche, wünschenswert mit Erfahrung in der ästhetischen DermatologieHands-on-Mentalität / Erfahrung im Aufbau von StrukturenErfahrung in Sales- und MarketingaktivitätenHohes wirtschaftliches Verständnis und FinanzkenntnisseHandlungsorientiert mit einem Auge für DetailsEnergische Führungskraft, die inspirieren und motivieren kannHohe ReisebereitschaftFähigkeit, eine offene und freundliche Kultur basierend auf Teamarbeit, Integrität, Innovation, Verantwortlichkeit und gegenseitigem Respekt zu schaffen und zu pflegen
