About the Position: Conduct health care studies and surveys individually or as a team member, providing management and program analysis services and recommendations on the utilization involving staffing requests, reorganizations, mission changes, demonstration programs, allocation readjustments, and other related functions.

Duties
  • Develop, tools, databases and training aids for improvement of medical services.
  • Conduct analysis of performance data to identify issues in service delivery.
  • Review utilization and execution of scheduling of services to ensure best use of and conduction of medical service delivery.
  • Conduct health care management studies such as workload, utilization, cost, work method and procedure.
  • Create reports and other informative documents on the results of health care management studies.
  • Plan and coordinate workload of the Appointment Call Center within guidelines and goals established.
  • Identify and correct issues with quality and consistency of work output of the Appointment Call center.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures, Training and/or Job aids in relation to patient scheduling.
