WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Student Assistant, youâll support our consultant recruiting team. One of your tasks will be maintaining our global recruiting databases and entering applicant information. Your tasks will also include personal and written communication with applicants and technical support for videoconferences with them, as well as actively supporting the preparation and execution of interview days and collaborating on the preparation and follow-up work for recruiting events. In addition, youâll be asked to perform online research and assist your coworkers with diverse ad-hoc requests. You will also have the opportunity to support the recruiting team with exciting tasks in the areas of university marketing, active sourcing or personnel controlling, among others.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • You are enrolled as a student, ideally majoring in business, social sciences, or the humanities.
  • Are you studying in a different area? No problem, we are looking for new colleagues from various backgrounds. The most important thing for us is that you have a strong interest in the topics of personnel, HR and recruiting.
  • You have a strong interest in recruiting and HR topics.
  • You have a good command of the software in the MS Office package.
  • Excellent German and very good English skills round out your profile.
  • Prior knowledge of strategy consulting is not required.

YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be part of the recruiting team. Your supervisor will help you familiarize yourself with the company and develop further, and you will also be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
