In your role as a working student, you will support and report to the Director of Category Quality, in ensuring that Quality continues to meet the future needs of the business strategy by identifying opportunities, exploring new trends, influencing thought leaders and develop new Quality capabilities for Beiersdorf ahead of growth.
The purpose of the job is to actively Ignite Quality Pride at Beiersdorf. Developing the agenda of “Quality for non-Quality people”. This includes:
- Define the Quality Programs for reoccurring issues (including IIM/NCs/reduction) – engrave quality as a value adding factor in the business strategy to improve cost, efficiency, customer service, etc.
- Develop and implementation of Quality toolkits for Culture of Quality
- Arouse Beiersdorf Organization (Quality and outside QM) to initiate “Grassroots”/Best Practices product and consumer connect activities and replicate them via a “Proud Practice library”
- Develop communications capabilities and tools for Beiersdorf professionals to be brilliant ambassadors of Quality
- Actively manage structured Quality Communications to raise awareness (stories/ campaigns/ recognition awards/ exploiting opportunities to express Q message). Activate the Quality communications network and use Home of Quality to the full.
- Recognize and reward quality efforts: Acknowledge and reward individuals and teams that consistently contribute to maintaining and improving quality standards.
- Communicate and celebrate successes: Regularly communicate quality achievements and improvements throughout the organization. Celebrate successes to motivate and inspire employees to continue their efforts.
- You are preferably studying business and/or marketing at university level.
- You are available for at least one year, before your graduation or studies abroad.
- The role assumes commercial awareness and preferably exposure to a business environment.
- The ability to work both autonomously and as a team member is required.
- Analytical and creative skills combined with an enthusiastic “can do” attitude.
- You are up to date in the social media, digital environment and landscape.
- You have an interest in working with brands and/or the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
