Project Manager - Customer Experience (m/w/d)Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Leitung umfangreicher Projekte auf Basis von SAP CX und nutzt dabei verschiedene Projektvorgehensmodelle wie zum Beispiel SAP Activate
  • In deiner Rolle als Projektleiter führst du das Team an und sorgst dafür, dass alle Beteiligten eng zusammenarbeiten, um die Projektziele in wirtschaftlicher, qualitativer und zeitlicher Hinsicht zu erreichen
  • Es liegt in deiner Verantwortung, die Digitalisierungsstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden zu entwickeln und die Anforderungen durch gezieltes Anforderungsmanagement zu identifizieren
  • Du führst Prozessworkshops durch und präsentierst auf Projekt- und Managementebene, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicherzustellen

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrungen als Projektleiter im SAP- oder SAP Customer Experience Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an zukunftsweisenden Cloud Lösungen und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Utilities-Umfeld
  • Freude an der gemeinsamen Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen, starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch Kenntnisse
