Materna Virtual Solution, ein Unternehmen der Materna Gruppe, ist ein auf sichere mobile Anwendungen spezialisierter Softwarehersteller mit Sitz in München und Entwicklungsstandort in Berlin.
Das Unternehmen entwickelt und vertreibt die Applikationen SecurePIM, SecureCOM und die Sicherheitsarchitektur SERA für iOS und Android. SecurePIM ermöglicht verschlüsseltes und benutzerfreundliches mobiles Arbeiten. Behörden können mit Smartphones und Tablets auf Geheimhaltungsstufe VERSCHLUSSACHE - NUR FÜR DEN DIENSTGEBRAUCH (VS-NfD) und auf der Sicherheitsstufe NATO RESTRICTED kommunizieren.
Für Unternehmen stellt SecurePIM die Anforderungen der Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) auf mobilen Geräten sicher und senkt damit die Risiken strafbewährter DSGVO-Verstöße und des Verlustes von Unternehmensdaten.
Materna Virtual Solution wurde 1996 gegründet und beschäftigt rund 100 Mitarbeiter:innen. Alle Produkte der Materna Virtual Solution tragen das Vertrauenszeichen ,,IT-Security made in Germany" des TeleTrust-IT-Bundesverbandes IT-Sicherheit e.V..

Head of Product Development (m/w/d) Als Head of Product Development
  • leitest du fachlich und disziplinarisch die Teamleiter:innen unserer vier Softwareentwicklungs- sowie die Zulassungs- und Quality Assurance Teams und berichtest dabei direkt an unseren CEO.
  • verantwortest du die technische Vision und definierst sie zusammen mit anderen Stakeholdern und etablierst die technologische Roadmap für unsere Softwarelösung SecurePIM für sichere mobile Kommunikation und neue App Produkte im Apple iNDIGO und Samsung Knox Native Umfeld.
  • stellst du mit Deinen Teams die Produktqualität und die Aktualität eingesetzter Technologien sicher und entwickelst unsere Lösungen und Features weiter.
  • bist du verantwortlich für die Planung und Einhaltung des Entwicklungsbudgets.
  • verantwortest du die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Methoden und Prozessen und implementierst moderne Entwicklungstechnologien.
  • repräsentierst du MVS in Meetings, Webinaren und Veranstaltungen mit unseren Kund:innen.
Das bringst du mit
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Leitung von Softwareentwicklungsteams im Mobile/Security/Zulassungs-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der agilen Softwareentwicklung und -architektur (Scrum) von komplexen Softwarelösungen im Mobile, C++ oder Java Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung und kennst den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von multinationalen in Deutschland angesiedelten, interdisziplinären und hybriden Teams
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und bist proaktiv und zielstrebig
  • Eine ausgeprägte Auffassungsgabe und Dein Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen Dich besonders aus und Du bist zudem ein authentischer Teamplayer
  • Sehr gute Deutsch (C1) - und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
