What you'll do


As the administrative support to the Office of the CTO your goal will be to perform administrational support activities to maximize the efficiencies of the T&I Board Office. Your specific tasks include but are not limited to: 

  • Coordination of travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow up like booking of travel expenses 
  • Booking meeting rooms/ venues for the team 
  • Arranging meetings for managers including coordination of team meetings and larger external events
  • Managing internal and potentially external correspondence 
  • Maintain and monitor Purchase Order Requisitions and Purchase Orders, and invoices 
  • Support with organizational tasks for the team like planning and execution of team meetings, etc. 
  • All other ad-hoc support as needed by the team 

 

What you bring

 

  • You are currently an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences: 
  • Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration, Operations, Management, or similar 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools 
  • Preferably some experience with SAP internal Tools like Corporate Portal, 
  • ISP, CSN, Ariba, Concur etc. 
  • Language: fluent in German and English, written as well as spoken
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast paced work environment 
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently 
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery

Meet your team


The Board Area Technology & Innovation (T&I) is developing SAP’s platform and technology. T&I’s flagship is SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), the foundation of the intelligent, sustainable enterprise. SAP BTP is a unified technology environment optimized for SAP applications. It unifies capabilities across application development, automation, integration, data and analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) into one comprehensive and interoperable platform. 

 

The Office of the CTO in particular facilitates with our CTO’s Board responsibilities by making time, information, and decision-making effective within T&I and in collaboration with other board areas. The team supports the CTO’s day-to-day business with the respective governance and relationship building activities across internal and external key stakeholders. Responsibilities also include the meeting preparation of internal as well as external meetings with customers, partners or analysts. Additionally, the CTO Office takes care of any organizational tasks related to our CTO.
