Senior DevOps Architect (m/f/d)

Up to 95% is possible remotely; 5% on site in Düsseldorf required

Your Tasks:

-You design and implement advanced CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitOps, and other relevant tools.
-You lead the deployment and scaling of applications using containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
-You collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure a seamless software delivery process.
-You manage and optimize cloud resources on Microsoft Azure, ensuring cost-effectiveness, performance, and security.
-You promote the best practices in DevOps, including infrastructure as code, automated testing, and monitoring.
-You are up to date with the latest DevOps trends, tools and practices to achieve continuous improvement.
-You advise and guide teams on DevOps tools, methods and best practices.
-You work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams to ensure DevOps-centric requirements are met.
-You collaborate on a variety of projects in the field of digital technology. (including Industry 4.0, Robotic Process Automation, etc.).
-You support us in our digital transformation by advancing the implementation of our WEPA.cloud.

  Requisiti minimi

  Your Profile:

  -Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  -Experience and Know-how:At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or a similar role, with a focus on the tools and platforms mentioned. Demonstrated success in designing and rolling out large-scale DevOps solutions. Relevant certifications in DevOps, Kubernetes, or Azure are a plus.
  -Languages: Fluent English
  -Capabilities:Deep expertise in GitHub, GitOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Microsoft Azure. Proven experience in designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines. Mastery in containerization and orchestration technologies. Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure security. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and practices. Strong proponent of agile methodologies and practices. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the evolving DevOps landscape.
  -Personality:Analytical and solution-oriented. Exceptional communicator, adept at explaining intricate DevOps concepts to diverse audiences. Collaborative spirit, thriving in cross-functional environments.
  -Working:Self-motivated with a passion for automation and process improvement. Adaptable, with a keen interest in staying abreast of the latest in the DevOps domain.
