LEGAL COUNSEL EMEA (m/f/d)

Arrow is now seeking a Legal Counsel EMEA (m/f/d) to join its legal team based at its European head office in the greater Frankfurt area (Neu-Isenburg). The successful candidate will work with other Arrow lawyers advising on a wide variety of commercial & corporate transactions and a plethora of ad hoc in-house issues.

The role, which envisages a wide range of legal issues relevant to Arrowâs EMEA business, is highly commercial, but with strong intellectual and legal accuracy. The ability to influence at a senior level is important, as well as sound commercial judgement and the ability to apply legal principles to identify options and make recommendations in a very international environment.

What will you do:

• Handle a variety of commercial and corporate transactions

• Serve as a trusted advisor to all employees, providing guidance on a wide range of legal matters, including employment law, labor disputes, and business contracts.

• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of business contracts and documents with a keen attention to detail and a thorough understanding of legal implications.

• Provide expert legal advice and support related to corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.

• Manage disputes with business partners, including negotiations and, when necessary, litigation.

• Conduct legal audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, implementing processes and procedures to mitigate risks.

• Ensure that all company processes and procedures adhere to government regulations and laws, both domestically and internationally.

• Manage legal matters with an EMEA scope, handling tasks connected with different regions and collaborating effectively with international teams.

Your profile:

• Completed university degree in Law

• 2+ years of actual experience in corporate environment or corporate legal practice

• Fluency in English & German is essential. Additional language (e.g. Spanish) would be considered as a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
