Stellenbeschreibung

Globaler Fokus:  Du unterstützt unsere Produktmanager bei der Einführung eines neuen globalen Produktportfolios in unseren internationalen Märkten Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit:  Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Abteilungen wie Technologie, Pricing und Go-To-Market, zusammen, nimmst an Abstimmungsmeetings teil und unterstützt bei der Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufes Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung:  Du bist in permanenten Austausch mit unseren Sales- und Service-Teams und stellst sicher, dass Änderungen nahtlos in die Arbeitsabläufe mit unseren Kunden integriert werden können Data driven : Du analysiert eigenständig Daten, erstellst Präsentationen und Business Cases, um datengetriebene Entscheidungsvorlagen zu erstellen und zusammen mit unserem Team Produktänderungen herbeizuführen.  Kommunikation:  Du kommunizierst mit verschiedensten Stakeholdern aus unterschiedlichen Ländern und Hierarchieebenen innerhalb unserer Projekte bis hin zu Führungskräften

Qualifikationen

Du bist bereit das Commercial Products Team für 6 Monate zu unterstützen Du bist Absolvent*in oder eingeschriebene*r Student*in im fortgeschrittenen Studium in einem Studienfach mit wirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften (BWL/VWL), Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Soziologie Du bist sicher im Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel Idealerweise hast du bereits ein erstes Praktikum im Produktmanagement, (Commercial)- Strategy Umfeld oder in der Unternehmensberatung absolviert Du hast ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Spaß daran sich in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten und diese zu durchdringen Du bist in der Lage fließend in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift zu kommunizieren
