Ihre Rolle

  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Business Information Security in der Geschäftseinheit RMS-Segment
  • Sie unterstützen beim Aufbau der Einheit und führen lateral die Information Security Organization, ein global agierendes Team bestehend aus Information Security Engineers und IT Coordinators
  • Sie treiben die Implementierung des Security Engineer-Programms in RMS voran und bieten den Sicherheitsingenieuren und IT-Koordinatoren in allen Bereichen und Standorten weltweit Unterstützung an
  • Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, die Sicherheitsanforderungen der RMS-Organisation kontinuierlich zu überwachen, auch unter Berücksichtigung sich ändernder Vorschriften
  • Sie etablieren eine starke operative Denkweise Organisation, um die Ausrichtung von Geschäftszielen und Sicherheitsbeschränkungen sicherzustellen
  • Sie treiben die Implementierung eines Informationssicherheits-Managementsystems voran, das die Anforderungen der ISO 27001 erfüllt
  • Sie engagieren sich in Verbänden und Arbeitskreisen der Cybersecurity-Branche, um die Interessen von ZEISS zu vertreten und sich zeitnah über sich ändernde gesetzliche Rahmenbedingungen und den Stand der Technik zu informieren

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Führungspositionen innerhalb der Softwareentwicklung, im IT-Management oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit und Führung in einem internationalen, multikulturellen und multidisziplinären Umfeld
  • Starke Führungs-, Analyse-, Strategie- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, auf Top-Management-Ebene intern und mit externen Kunden zu interagieren
  • Breites Wissen und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Sicherheitslösungen für Unternehmen
  • Beherrschung der technischen Aspekte der Cybersicherheit mit umfassender Erfahrung in den verschiedenen Bereichen der Informationssicherheit.
  • Verständnis von Softwaredesign und -architektur für eingebettete, server- und cloudbasierte Lösungen
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
