About the team:

 

As the SAP Procurement Product Team, it is our mission to provide the world’s leading cloud-based spend management solution for any enterprise and for focused industries, unifying the SAP procurement portfolio along defined procurement product north stars. As a winning team, we provide integrated end-to-end processes spanning from spend visibility, sourcing, contract, order, and invoice management. We help our customers drive sustainable business growth and provide business transformation capabilities through compliant, efficient, and intelligent procurement processes.

What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP Procurement Product iXp Intern (f/m/d)

Work Area: Procurement Product

Location: Walldorf, Germany (remote work possible within Germany)

Expected start date: May, 2024

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

  • Support the office in their daily business for the Chief Product Officer SAP Procurement
  • Support in preparing, organizing, and participating in internal/external meetings, preparing management briefings and presentations, and following up on strategic meetings with key stakeholders
  • Take part in internal/external event organization

 

Who you are:

 

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: business administration, communications, social sciences, humanities, IT/software, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; experience in content management systems
  • Soft skills: Highly motivated, proactive and self-driven team player, with the ability to work in a global team with multicultural nature, focus on quality and results, open personality, and professional communication style

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

 

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
