Ich suche ich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen (Senior) Category & Portfolio Manager (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung im FMCG für den Standort in Hamburg. Betreut wird ein breitgefächertes Portfolio für die Region DE / AT / CH. Es handelt sich zunächst um eine befristete Elternzeitvertretung von 24 Monaten mit dem Wunsch nach Übernahme.

Aufgabengebiet

Co-Leitung und Co-Management des kommerziellen Kalenders, aller kommerziellen Prozesse und des monatlichen Disziplin-Zyklus für in DE, AT und CH Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen und vollständigen Lieferung der erforderlichen Beiträge für die verschiedenen Entscheidungsbesprechungen von funktionsübergreifenden TeamsÜberwachung und Weiterentwicklung sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Verfahren und Instrumente im Zusammenhang mit den kaufmännischen ProzessenSteuerung der Sortiments- und Promotionsstrategie und deren Umsetzung (inkl. Couponing)Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung länder- und kanalspezifischer PortfoliokapazitätenUnterstützung der Teams durch die Entwicklung kontinuierlicher, datengestützter Erkenntnisse und Tools

Anforderungsprofil

6 Jahre + Erfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, Customer Development und/oder Trade MarketingErfahrung in der Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien für Kategorien und in der Durchführung der entsprechenden operativen PläneErfahrung in der Nutzung verschiedener Arten von Daten, um umsetzbare Empfehlungen zu gebenStrategische, analytische Denkweise und kommunikatives AuftretenAusgeprägter kommerzieller und analytischer Scharfsinn; solides Verständnis der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen von Marken und Einzelhändlern
