Wir suchen einen erfahrenen (Senior) Investor Relations Manager (m/w/d) als Teil des IR-Teams der börsennotierten KWS SAAT & Co. KGaA (SDAX), einem der weltweit führenden Pflanzenzüchtungsunternehmen. Es handelt sich um eine Festanstellung auf Vollzeitbasis. Der Arbeitsort ist Berlin, wir bieten hybrides Arbeiten an.

 

Ihr Beitrag:

  • Ansprechpartner für Investoren, Banken, Ratingagenturen, Finanzmedien
  • Kommunikation der Strategie und der operativen Performance des Unternehmens   
  • Steigerung des Shareholder Value und des Unternehmensimages durch ein adäquates Investorenkommunikationsprogramm (Investoren-/Analystengespräche, Finanzberichte, Pressemitteilungen, etc.)
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von IR-Veranstaltungen inkl. Hauptversammlung, Roadshows, Investorenkonferenzen
  • Verantwortung für Investorenkommunikation im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit (ESG) und die Interaktion mit ESG-Ratingagenturen
  • Erfüllung regulatorischer Anforderungen für börsennotierte Unternehmen, wie z.B. Finanzberichterstattung, gesetzliche Meldepflichten etc.
  • Beratung von Vorstandsmitgliedern und anderen Stakeholdern zu Kapitalmarktstrategie und -themen
  • Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Investor-Relations-Website
  • Begleitung von Kapitalmarkttransaktionen
  • Kommunikation von Marktinformationen wie Handelsdaten, Branchennachrichten und Wettbewerbsanalysen in das Unternehmen 

 

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Vorzugsweise ein akademischer Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Investor Relations eines börsennotierten Unternehmens
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in den Themenbereichen Kapitalmarktregulierung und ESG
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte präzise zu analysieren und klar zu beschreiben und darzustellen
  • Proaktiver Problemlöser mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv mit der Geschäftsleitung zu kommunizieren und zu interagieren
  • Erfahrung in der Finanzmodellierung sowie allgemeine Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung und IFRS
