Unser Kunde, die Roche Diagnostics GmbH, ist mit rund 15.000 Mitarbeitern (m/w/d) an mehreren Standorten in Deutschland vertreten.

Für den Standort Penzberg suchen wir ab sofort, im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, Sie als Naturwissenschaftler (m/w/d) für den Bereich der Forschung und Entwicklung von Diagnostika und Arzneimitteln.
Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zentrale Aufgaben der Position des Wissenschaftlers/der Wissenschaftlerin sind die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Diagnostika und Pharmazeutika auf Basis neuer und bestehender Methodiken zur Kontrolle von Rohstoffen, Produktionszwischenprodukten und Endprodukten
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichsten, am Entwicklungsprozess beteiligten Abteilungen
  • Eigenständige Selektion und Anwendung analytischer Methoden
  • Validierung und Dokumentation der Testmethodik sowie kontinuierliche Analyse und Bewertung von Methodik, Material und Produkten in allen Phasen des Entwicklungsprozesses
  • Auswertung, Zusammenfassung und Präsentation der Versuchsergebnisse
  • Dokumentation entsprechend der gültigen QVA’s und SOP’s und GMP
  • Einhaltung von QM-Vorgaben und Vorgaben der Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz Ihre Qualifikationen
    • Absolviertes naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder Promotion in der Biologie, Chemie, Biochemie, oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
    • Vorhandene Expertise in Forschung und Entwicklung; Kenntnisse gängiger, naturwissenschaftlicher Methoden
    • Erfahrung in diversen analytischen Methoden, ebenso Fähigkeit zur breitgefächerten, eigenständigen Anwendung dieser Methodik
    • Freude an interdisziplinärer, enger Teamzusammenarbeit
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
    • Gute IT-Kenntnisse, hohe digitale Affinität
