Wir suchen einen Accountant Specialist (m/w/d) mit dem Standort Köln.
Der Accountant Specialist (m/w/d) ist verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Administration von Geschäftsvorfällen innerhalb der Abteilung, um effiziente, effektive und korrekte Abläufe sicherzustellen. Der Tätigkeit umfasst die Annahme, Prüfung und Erledigung der Zahlungen von und an Lieferanten, die Erstellung zugehöriger Auswertungen sowie der Austausch und notwendiges Feedback an die externen und internen Schnittstellen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Annahme, Prüfung und Buchung von eingehenden Rechnungen für Güter und Dienstleistungen.
- Rechnungsabgrenzungen
- Einrichten und Verwalten von Lieferantenkonten.
- Bereitstellen monatlicher Reisekostenauswertungen.
- Implementieren von Richtlinien und Prozessen.
- Erfassung und Bearbeitung der Kosten für Firmenfahrzeuge und Tankkosten.
- Unterstützung des Financial Coordinator bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen.
- Pflege korrekter und aktueller Aufstellungen für zugewiesene Bereiche (Firmenfahrzeuge, Tankkarten)
- Zusätzliche Aufgaben nach Anweisung
Das bringst du mit
- Relevanter Hochschulabschluss im Finanzbereich von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen und der Buchhaltung
- Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Finanzbereich eines mittelgroßen Unternehmens
- Kenntnisse hinsichtlich Verbindlichkeits- und Forderungsmanagement, Erstellung von Berichten und Reportings
- Problemlösungsorientiertes Denken
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im internationalen Tätigkeitsbereich einer Finanzabteilung ist wünschenswert
- Systemkenntnisse JD Edwards und Console ist wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
