Your Tasks
  • Support the team in daily business and ongoing projects, including desk research, preparing decision papers, creating PowerPoint presentations, and handling various administrative tasks
  • Contribute to creating an environment of continuous improvement by guiding teams in adopting best practices and fostering adaptability
  • Help in cultivating trusting relationships by solving problems, offering practical solutions, and teaching essential frameworks
  • Review team processes and practices to identify opportunities for improvement and assess the impact of changes on performance
  • Support the provision of self-service tools that enable teams and individuals to help themselves and to thrive in their work

 

Your Profile
  • You are studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field, and are at least in your 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree or have already started a Master's program
  • You have 15-20 hours per week to support our team
  • You have a strong interest in team enablement and development, with some practical experience in agile ways of working are beneficial
  • Initial experience in facilitating team routines; agile methods such as retrospectives or reviews are also valuable
  • Well-organized, structured, and able to work independently. Basic skills in MS Office products are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. English is required; fluency in German is a plus
  • Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment
