Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt die Bau- und Projektmanagementabteilung mit administrativen Aufgaben
- Du verfolgst den Projektstatus, insbesondere die Einhaltung von Zeit-, Budget- und Qualitätsstandards, Leistungen, Risiken und Chancen
- Du stellst sicher, dass die vereinbarten Projektmanagement-Methoden, -Standards und -Prozesse während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus eingehalten werden
- Du unterstützt die Projektmanager auf ....
- Datenqualität der Projektberichterstattung und Erleichterung der richtigen Entscheidungsfindung auf der Grundlage der vereinbarten Berichte
- Verwaltung der Projektkosten/Finanzen
- Moderation von internen und externen Besprechungen
- Schulung und Beratung zu (digitalen) Projektwerkzeugen, Methoden und Standards
- Risiko- und Chancenprotokolle sowie Aufzeichnungen zur Änderungskontrolle
- Entwicklung und Beratung zu effektiven Kommunikationsmechanismen zwischen den Projektteams
- Du konzentrierst dich auf die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und Arbeitsweisen mit Schwerpunkt auf der Implementierung digitaler Systeme und moderner Technologien zur Unterstützung einer effizienten Projektabwicklung
- Du arbeitest mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen innerhalb des Projektlebenszyklus zu definieren, zu priorisieren, zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
- Du förderst aktiv eine Kultur der sicheren Arbeitsweise
- Du erstattest dem Leiter des Project Management Office (vorübergehend: Vizepräsidenten für Bau und Projektmanagement) Bericht über den Stand der PMO-Aufgaben
Dein Profil
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einem Project Management Office
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Realisierung von Solar- und/oder Windprojekten
- Detailorientierte Fähigkeiten zur Analyse und Präsentation von Projektinformationen
- Bevorzugte Fähigkeiten: Erste Erfahrungen mit Power BI und der Erstellung von Berichten auf Basis von Anforderungen sowie erste Kenntnisse im Projektkostencontrolling
- Proaktive Denkweise zur Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener digitaler Möglichkeiten
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Gestaltung von und der Arbeit mit Knowledge Hubs
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit bei gleichzeitiger Bearbeitung und Priorisierung mehrerer Aufgaben
- Effektiver Kommunikationsstil
- Kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bevorzugt: Ausgeprägtes Verständnis der Grundsätze von Lean Management, agilem Management und Waterfall Management einschließlich ihrer jeweiligen Stärken und Schwächen
