DEINE ROLLE - DAS WARTET AUF DICH

Als Senior Program Manager SAP (all genders) übernimmst du eine der spannendsten und abwechslungsreichsten Rollen, die dir umfassenden Raum für Wachstum und Gestaltung bietet. Neben der Verantwortung für Themen und Kunden packst du als Fachexpertin oder Fachexperte auch tatkräftig im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit an. Bist du bereit, diese Herausforderung anzunehmen und deine Expertise in einem dynamischen Umfeld einzubringen?

Im Detail übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung und Steuerung komplexer SAP-Programme und großer SAP- Projekte.   
  • Als Teil des Führungsteams bist du Ansprechpartnerin oder Ansprechpartner des Vorstandes und stellst dich der Herausforderung, verbessernde Maßnahmen in kritischen Projekten aufzuzeigen und durchzusetzen. 
  • Souverän steuerst du Großprojekte, Near- und Offshore-Projekte sowie unternehmensübergreifende Projekte und Programme.
  • Du hast den Überblick Risiken in kritischen Projekten identifizierst du frühzeitig und bringst sie durch geeignete Gegenmaßnahmen aus der Krise.
  • Mittendrin statt nur dabei Du leitest Vorstudien, Implementierungs- und Rollout-Projekte im Rahmen der digitalen SAP-Transformation, mit Fokus auf Geschäftsprozesse in SAP S/4HANA.
null DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT
  • Mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung bringst du eine solide fachliche Basis mit.
  • Du bringst langjährige fundierte Praxiserfahrung in komplexen SAP-Implementierungsprojekten mit.
  • Relevante Erfahrung in der Leitung von SAP-Projekten und -Programmen sowie in der Übernahme kritischer Projekte und deren erfolgreicher Weiterführung zeichnen dich aus.
  • Verhandlungsichere Deutsch- Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen dir eine effektive Kommunikation - intern sowie extern.
  • Du entdeckst gerne neue Orte - gelegentliche Reisen sind daher kein Problem für dich.
