We are currently looking for a Technical Helpdesk Advisor (m/f/d) to support a premium brand in Cologne 

 

The Technical Helpdesk Advisor provides expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex technical issues for an international automobile & motorcycle manufacturer.  You will be supporting the dealer network in the UK, GER, NO, DK with the aim of quickly resolving customer complaints.

The role

 

  • Diagnosis of complex technical issues
  • Supporting the dealer network in 4 markets (UK, GER, NO, DK)
  • Quickly resolving customer complaints
  • Supporting technicians in diagnosing possible malfunctions within the vehicle system
  • Supporting the development of solutions for the entire product range
  • Interface between the manufacturer and the dealers

 

 

What do we require from you?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or car-technical education (automotive engineer), master technician or equivalent in related work experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years professional experience as automotive service consultant / service manager or workshop foreman
  • Good knowledge in vehicle and motorcycle mechanics and vehicle electronics
  • Experienced in vehicle and system diagnostics
  • Excellent verbal and written German and English communication skills
