About the Position:
This position is located in the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), George C. Marshall Center (GCMC), Directorate of Business Operations. You will provide administrative support to the directorate (e.g. travel, in-/-out processing, sponsorship, administrative support requirements) for projects and initiatives.



Duties
  • Provide customer assistance and administrative support within Directorate, to include but not limited to, travel, timekeeping, sponsorship, in/out processing and personnel areas.
  • Provide customer assistance and administrative support to directly supporting staffing, performance management, in and out-processing, and award processing.
  • Receive, screen, and answer telephonic and personal visitors/ guests.
  • Maintain calendar and schedules appointments.
  • Assist Directorate staff with preparing travel requests and vouchers utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Research travel restrictions for foreign travelers from over 50 nations and the impact on the event if acceptable solutions are not identified based on research.
