• Main contact person for trouble shootings (TS) to all stakeholders

• Responsible for scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Computer Tomography (CT)

• Creation and maintenance of test reports

• Sample preparation with cross section polisher and microtomy for smooth surfaces

• Light microscopy for documentation

• leading or participation in projects

• screening of literature and maintenance of state of the art knowledge in assigned laboratory equipment

• Master degree or PhD in engineering or natural science

• Experience with electron microscopy mandatory (other microscopy techniques as additional benefit)

• Knowledge in sample preparation techniques (e.g. microtomy, cross section polishing)

• Experience with rubber materials beneficial

• Experience Tires R&D beneficial (e.g. material development, process development, lab testing or comparable)

• Experience in IT (systems) and lab tools as additional benefit

• Experience with working in intercultural teams

• Self-motivation, performance and target orientation

• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
