At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with a focus on Change Management, ideally with international experience Certification in Change Management and/or Systemic Organizational Development is preferred Consulting background preferred Strong conceptual skills and the ability to quickly develop a profound business understanding, strong business acumen Proven track record of successfully managing complex organizational change and transformation initiatives Strong Project Management skills and the ability to manage projects simultaneously Team-orientation and the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment Professional stakeholder management and keen to build strong partnerships for enhancing our Organizational Development capabilities Excellent analytical and communication skills combined with ‘can-do’ – mentality.
