Die KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA sucht einen Commercial Operations Manager (m/w/d), der eine wichtige Rolle im KWS-Zuckerrübengeschäft in Nord- und Südosteuropa (NE/SEE) spielt. Die Position umfasst die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von strategischen Initiativen für alle Kulturen in diesen Regionen. Der Manager (m/w/d) wird eng mit den Länderteams und den Regionaldirektoren zusammenarbeiten, um die erfolgreiche Umsetzung und Weiterverfolgung von Initiativen sicherzustellen.
Darüber hinaus wird der Manager (m/w/d) neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten innerhalb der Region und potenziell in neuen Märkten identifizieren und verfolgen. Während Sie in Einbeck (Deutschland) arbeitet, ist Mobilität erforderlich, um die Märkte in den vorgesehenen Regionen zu unterstützen. Unterstützung des Regionaldirektors NE/SEE bei allen kommerziellen und administrativen Aktivitäten, wie z.B.:

  • Markt-, Portfolio- und Preisanalyse
  • Planung: Budget, Portfolio, Preis, Kampagne
  • Koordinierung und Förderung der CRM-Leistung und -Entwicklung
  • Verantwortung für einzelne Märkte (kommerziell, organisatorisch)
  • Entwicklung von Einführungsstrategien für neue Portfoliosegmente oder Produkte
  • Management des Versuchsaufbaus, der entsprechenden Analysen und Schlussfolgerungen
  • Vorantreiben kulturübergreifender strategischer Schwerpunktbereiche
  • Entwicklung von datengesteuerten Berichten, z. B. PowerBI-Dashboards
  • Analyse neuer Marktchancen, Business-Case-Analyse zur Erweiterung und Neugestaltung des KWS-Geschäfts
  • Berichterstattung über Markteinblicke innerhalb der internen Berichtssysteme von KWS

 

Ihr Profil - Kompetenz trifft auf Persönlichkeit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Agrarökonomie oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Solides Verständnis der Agrarindustrie und der entsprechenden Märkte
  • Kulturelle Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, sich in einem multikulturellen Umfeld zurechtzufinden.
  • Empathische Führungspersönlichkeit mit Integrationsfähigkeit, die durch persönliche und fachliche Kompetenz Verbindlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit schafft,
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, lösungsorientiert und in der Lage, in komplexen Strukturen erfolgreich zu arbeiten,
  • Eifer, die gewünschten Ergebnisse zu erzielen,
  • Starke Kundenorientierung und außergewöhnliche Dienstleistungsbereitschaft,
  • Fähigkeit, Veränderungen zu initiieren und nachhaltig umzusetzen,
  • Fähigkeit zu moderieren, effektive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, nachhaltige Beziehungen aufzubauen.
  • Ausdauer in Hochsaisonphasen
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse, einschließlich MS Office, Salesforce und SAP (eingeschränkt)
  • Englisch fließend, Deutsch von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu ausgedehnten Reisen (bis zu 50%) innerhalb und zwischen den Kernländern
