Erstellung von Analysen und Business Cases zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen sowie Vorbereitungen von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Top-ManagementSteuerung und Koordination von unternehmensweiten Budgets in der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und ManagementWeiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Optimierung u. a. der LizenzkostenstrukturUnterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Budgetplänen im gesamten COO-Bereich inkl. Lizenzkosten sowie Vorantreiben eines unterjährigen Budget-ReportingsAktives Management in der Lizenzbeschaffung, -verwaltung, -optimierung und -reportingIdentifizieren und Bewerten von Risiken im Kontext Lizenzkonformität

Qualifikationen
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. eine vergleichbare QualifikationMehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Rollen sind von VorteilIdealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Controlling, gerne mit Fokus auf IT-Lizenzmanagement und der Verwaltung von IT-KostenStarke analytische Fertigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren und fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffenTeamplayer mit hohem Maß an Eigeninitiative und KostenbewusstseinVerhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
