(Senior-) Digital Product Manager (Mensch) Düsseldorf Vollzeit Mit Berufserfahrung Das bewegst du: Als (Senior-) Digital Product Manager (Mensch) arbeitest du gemeinsam mit unserem Product Development Team an den innovativsten Themen im Marketing und gestaltest die digitale Welt aktiv mit, indem du hauptsächlich unsere digitalen, programmatischen Lösungen weiter- oder neu entwickelst. Über den digitalen Bereich hinaus treibst du auch Themen voran, welche sich auf den Offlinebereich erweitern lassen. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:
 
  • Stetige Erweiterung unserer Produktpalette und aktive Gestaltung der Entwicklungs-Roadmap durch eigene Ideen und Impulse
  • Regelmäßige Analyse bestehender Produkte, um so Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten zu erkennen und umzusetzen
  • Erkennen von frühzeitigen Trends und Anforderungen sowie daraus resultierenden Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Ansprechpartner für externe Tech-Dienstleister und Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit
  • Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams, sowie Kommunikation mit intern und externen Stakeholdern
  • Eigenständige Strukturierung der verantworteten Entwicklungsprojekte von der Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Rollout
  • Adaption bestimmter digitaler Produktentwicklungs-Themen, wie zum Beispiel Nachhaltigkeit, auf den Offlinebereich
  Das zeichnet dich aus:
  • Umfassende Berufserfahrung im Digitalbereich auf Agentur-, Dienstleister- oder Vermarkterseite und idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Programmatic-Umfeld
  • Umsetzung erster Projekte im Bereich digitale Produktentwicklung oder Tech-Integration
  • Idealerweise auch Kontaktpunkte mit klassischen offline Kanälen
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit für technische Entwicklungen im Bereich Digital-Werbung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

ZEIT IST KOSTBAR
Wir arbeiten 39 Stunden pro Woche, welche bei uns im System erfasst werden. Falls mal Überstunden anfallen, kannst du diese abbauen. 

VACATION MODE ON
Du bekommst 30 Urlaubstage und einen zusätzlichen, flexiblen Tag. Der 24. und 31.12. sind ebenfalls arbeitsfrei.
