About the Position: Position is with Army Contracting Command Europe, 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Kaiserslautern, Germany.

Duties

• Serves as a Senior Procurement Analyst, for the U.S. Army 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB).
• The incumbent advises management, Contracting Officers, Contract Specialists and other positions involved in the assigned Government Purchase Card (GPC) Program.
• Reviews customer account files to ensure all determinations and approvals required by law and regulation are obtained and included in the file in proper order.
• Trains card holders, billing officials and resource managers on the use of financial bank’s software system for reconciliation and certificate of payments of accounts.
• Prepares GPC program guidelines, status reports and briefings for higher authorities, commanders, tenants, and other personnel.
• Reviews, evaluates and provides specific guidance on GPC spending trends, contracting policies and procedures relative to GPC purchases of supplies.
