Wir suchen einen Project Quality Specialist (f/m/d) für unsere Projekte im Bereich Grid Power Quality Solution (GPQS). Gemeinsam mit uns gestaltest du die Zukunft des sich verändernden deutschen Stromnetzes auf Basis erneuerbarer Energien. Mit deinem Beitrag gewährleistest du die sichere Stromversorgung von der Erzeugung bis zum Verbraucher. Du planst, organisierst und überwachst die Qualitätsarbeit von der Angebotsphase bis zur Projektübergabe an einen zufriedenen Kunden. Dies umfasst sowohl interne Prozesse als auch Subunternehmer und Partner. Du bist eine erfahrene Koordinatorin mit gutem technischem Hintergrund und ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten? Deine Aufgaben
- Agiere stets als Vorbild für eine gute Qualitätskultur und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
- Treibe Qualitätssicherung (QA) und Qualitätskontrolle (QC) in der Organisation und während der Projektabwicklung voran, um die Einhaltung von Kunden-, Unternehmens- oder gesetzlichen Anforderungen sicherzustellen
- Überprüfe Kundenspezifikationen, sammel Kundenfeedback ein und reagiere auf Abweichungen bzw. Nichtkonformitäten
- Unterstütze Projekte bei der Umsetzung mit Projektqualitätsplänen (PQP), Master-Testplänen (MTP) und gegebenenfalls Fabrikabnahmen (FAT)
- Prüfe Inspektionsprüfpläne (ITP) und Inspektionsprüfprotokolle (ITR) von Lieferanten auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit gemäß den Qualitätskontrollplänen (QCP) der Hitachi Energy und des Kunden
- Leite Verbesserungsprojekte, moderiere Lessons-Learned- und Best-Practice-Sessons, halte Schulungen und teile das erlernte Wissen innerhalb der Organisation (Methodiken: PDCA, DMAIC, 8D)
Dein Hintergrund
- Idealerweise ein Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Qualitätsmanagement
- Wünschenswert sind mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Projekten, Ingenieurwesen oder im Qualitätsbereich
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, effektive Arbeitsbeziehungen in einer großen und komplexen Organisation aufzubauen, aufrechtzuerhalten und zu beeinflussen
- Du bist ein guter Kommunikator, handelst ergebnisorientiert, hast ein offenes Ohr für neue Wege und Möglichkeiten
- Du magst es Problemen und deren Ursachen auf den Grund zu gehen. Daher sind Kenntnisse in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt/Green Belt von Vorteil
- Fortgeschrittene Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu unseren Projektstandorten innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen (ca. 10% der Zeit)
