Dein Impact:

Als Senior Manager Regulatory Reporting (m/w/d) entwickelst du individuelle Lösungsansätze zur Bewältigung aktueller Herausforderungen, die aus der Digitalisierung resultieren – und trägst so zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.

  • Hands-on-Einstieg:Du betreust unsere Mandanten im Rahmen strategischer Auswirkungsanalysen für die Themen Risiko, Meldewesen und Finanzen.
  • Prozessmanagement:Zusätzlich unterstützt du in jeder Phase der Konzeption und Umsetzung, insbesondere an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT.
  • Innovation:In Projektenentwickelst du mögliche Zielsysteme bzw. Target Operating Models vor dem Hintergrund der engen Verzahnung zwischen Risiko, Meldewesen und Finanzen.
  • Fachkompetenz:Den Einsatz neuer Technologien sowie die Anwendung neuer Geschäfts- und Servicemodelle zur Standardisierung der Prozesse des Regulatory Reporting prüfst du.
  • Kommunikation:Mit Lösungsanbietern für die Themenfelder Risiko, Meldewesen und Finanzen tauscht du die aktiv zu Weiterentwicklungen aus.
Dein Skillset:
  • Studiumin Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungin Beratungs- oder Prüfungsprojekten in der Finanzindustrie sowie fundierte Projektexpertise
  • Nachweisliche Praxiserfahrungals Produktexpert:in bzw. Produktmanager:in, Projektleiter:in oder Programmleiter:in, ggfs. Leitungsfunktionen in Linienorganisationen
  • Erfahrung mit Standardsoftwarebeispielsweise aus dem Meldewesen oder Risikomanagement in Verbindung mit persönlichen Kontakten zu Anbietern
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englischsehr gut in Wort und Schrift
