Our client, a very successful high growth biotech, now seeks an IP Paralegal Team Lead to join their global IP team.

The role will report to the global head of IP and manage a team of 5 based in Germany, the UK and the US. It will be responsible for monitoring and supporting all prosecutions related to the company's global IP portfolio and supporting and training the aforementioned team, whilst also providing hands on support with patents and trademarks. 

You will be an experienced patent paralegal from within the life sciences (pharmaceutical or biotech) industry/environment, with existing management experience and a complete understanding of the patent filing process and timeline. You will also need to be both directive and hands on and have the ability to manage an existing team effectively. You will also need to be able to work in fast paced and rapidly developing environment.
