Our client is an international manufacturing company in the energy industry.
Due to continuous growth of the business, they are now looking for a
Legal Counsel (m/f/d)
to join the international legal team. The newly created role will be based near Giessen (Central Hesse, North of Frankfurt a.M.) and offers two days homeoffice per week.
As their first lawyer based in Germany, you will work very closely with the German and European business and have an impact on the further growth in the region. In this position, you will advise the wider business on a broad range of legal matters such as commercial, contract law, corporate law and compliance. You will also support the German business on HR topics.
You are a German qualified lawyer with work experience from a renowned law firm and/or an (international) company. You will have excellent experience in commercial law and negotiating and drafting large contracts. You will enjoy working independently and at the same time being part of a dynamic team. You will have outstanding communication and organisational skills. You will be fluent in German and English.
