If you thrive in a collaborative environment, possess strong organizational skills, and are dedicated to fostering inclusivity, we encourage you to explore this exciting opportunity with us. As Team Coordinator Accounts Payable Team 2 (m/f/d) in KWS Berlin GmbH, you are responsible for coordinating and operationally leading team members to ensure the successful provision of Accounts Payable services at KWS. It is a permanent full-time position starting with the next possible date in Berlin.

 

Your Tasks:

  • Coordinate and guide the team operationally in a collaborative environment
  • Set up a team structure together with the Team Lead that has the target to pay invoices on time including the implementation of necessary routines
  • Monitor, track, and report on the status of daily operational activities
  • Proactively identify service delivery issues and take appropriate action, start performance improvement initiatives, and make use of best practice in alignment with the Team Lead
  • Ensure delivery of transactional services in accordance with defined SLAs
  • Provide correct deliverables for closing activities (e.g., accruals)
  • Facilitate and support internal and external related audit activities
  • Arrange and ensure the successful onboarding of new team members

 

Your profile:

  • Completed apprenticeship or academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
  • Proven professional experience in Accounts Payable
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish is an advantage
  • High level of experience in SAP FI & MM, first experience with S4 HANA and xFlow is an advantage
  • Interdisciplinary leadership and decision-making skills; you inspire and motivate others, foster a team-oriented mindset and demand team members to bring in own ideas
  • Open-minded with hands-on mentality and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organized and able to identify the right priorities under pressure
