The position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis.Job descriptionTasks
Responsibility for the availability of the test systems, monitoring of availability and performance and proactive resolution of identified errors
Investigation of root causes and coordination of test system support for software test activities in the area of avionics development
Elicitation of requirements, specification of functional requirements
Validation of the tool suite in the operational environment and installation of new tool suites
Development of smaller tools for support activities in the area of maintenance
Proactive monitoring of the applied test systems (hardware and software) and ensuring the implementation of measures
Collaboration with the IT department to ensure correct IT support and with the development team in Marignane (France) to represent the requirements of Donauwörth
Responsible for the development, integration, maintenance and support of test scenarios in the test system for end usersRequirements
Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, engineering, aerospace or a comparable technical degree program
Several years of professional experience in the areas of engineering, project management, customer support and hardware development
Expertise in simulations, software tools and avionics
Knowledge of the programming languages Python, C and C++
Experience in the area of support
Detailed user knowledge of Unix, Windows and MS Office
Business fluent in German and English is required, knowledge of French is desirable
