Über die Stelle

Als Scrum Master/Softwareentwickler sind deine Aufgaben zu gleichen Teilen auf Scrum Master und Softwareentwicklung verteilt sind. In deiner Funktion als Scrum Master spielst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Coaching und der Anleitung unserer funktionsübergreifenden Teams durch einen agilen Arbeitsstil und die Einführung von good practices. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um die Effektivität ihrer Softwareentwicklungsbemühungen zu maximieren und die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Projekten sicherzustellen. Gleichzeitig widmest du als Softwareentwickler der Ausarbeitung und Implementierung eines umfassenden Spektrums von Softwarelösungen.
Deine doppelte Verantwortung umfasst:

  • Facilitation von agilen Zeremonien, um sicherzustellen, dass das Team ausgerichtet und produktiv bleibt.
  • Coaching des Teams in Bezug auf agile Prinzipien und Praktiken, um eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung zu fördern und qualitativ hochwertige Software zu liefern, einschließlich eines effektiven Impediment Managements
  • Entwicklung und Wartung wichtiger Teile unserer Plattform, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und betriebliche Stabilität im Benutzerbereich zu gewährleisten.
  • Verwendung eines Tech-Stacks, der Python und/oder Typescript & React umfasst, um robuste Anwendungen zu entwickeln.

Dein Profil

  • Ein Bachelorabschluss (höhere Abschlüsse werden bevorzugt) in einem Bereich wie MINT, Ingenieurwesen oder ähnliche
  • Erfahrungen als Scrum Master im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für agile Prinzipien, Werte und Praktiken
  • Überschneidungen mit unserem Techstack in Python und/oder TypeScript einschließlich der entsprechenden Ökosysteme
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, starke kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
  • Coaching/Beratung von Kunden wird erforderlich sein
  • Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sind erforderlich, Englisch (C1) ist von Vorteil

About the position

As a Scrum Master/Software Developer at our company, your role is distinctly structured as a hybrid position, with equal responsibilities divided between Scrum Master and Software Developer tasks. In your Scrum Master capacity, you will play a pivotal role in coaching and guiding our cross-functional teams through agile working style and adopting good practices. You will work closely with our clients to maximize the effectiveness of their software development endeavors and ensure the successful execution of projects. Concurrently, as a Software Developer, you will dedicate your time to crafting and implementing a comprehensive spectrum of software solutions.
Your dual responsibilities will involve:

  • Facilitating agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure the team remains aligned and productive.
  • Coaching the team on agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement and deliver high-quality software, including effective impediment management.
  • Developing and maintaining crucial parts of our platform, ensuring continuous improvement and operational stability in the user area.
  • Utilizing a tech stack that includes Python and/or Typescript & React to develop robust applications.

Your profile

  • A bachelor's degree (higher degrees preferred) in a related field, such as computer science or engineering
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master in the software development field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in software development
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and practices
  • Overlap with our techstack in either Python and/or TypeScript including the corresponding ecosystems
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coaching/consulting for customers will be required
  • Proficiency in German (C1) is required, English (C1) is preferred
