Mehrere Tausend komplexe IT-Projekte realisieren wir für Kommunen, Landes- und Bundesbehörden und öffentlich-rechtliche Organisationen. Dazu gehören z. B. das IT-Verfahren ATLAS für digitale Zollanmeldung, die Warn-App NINA sowie zahlreiche Portalplattformen für Internet und Intranet und web-basierte Formular-Management-Systeme, z. B. beim Bundesministerium der Justiz. 

Stelle mit uns die Weichen für eine digitalisierte, effektiv vernetze und schlanke Verwaltung in Deutschland. Werde Teil unserer Public Sector Mannschaft als Lead Developer C#/.NET (m/w/d). 

Lead Developer C#/.NET (m/w/d) Als Lead Developer C#/.NET
  • entwickelst und betreust du die Software-Lösungen für Bundes- und Landesbehörden und aktualisierst bereits bestehende Applikationen. 
  • pflegst du gesetzliche Vorgaben in individuelle Module ein und garantierst einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Individualanwendungen. 
  • erstellst du Anforderungsanalysen und arbeitest Spezifikationen in Absprache mit dem Fachbereich aus. 
  • unterstützt du dein agiles Team bei der Konzeption, Implementierung, Konfiguration mit Hilfe von Softwareverteilung, Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation der technischen Lösungen. 
  • behältst du den Gesamtüberblick über dein Projekt, verteilst Arbeitspakete und stellst deren qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung in der Rolle des Lead-Developers sicher. 
  • verfolgst du relevante Technologietrends und bewertest deren langfristige Anwendbarkeit.  
Das bringt du mit
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung 
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in komplexen Anwendungs-Entwicklungsprojekten als Lead Developer mit C# und .NET sowie Kenntnisse in Visual Studio, Git und Jira 
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Entity Framework, sowie MS-SQL / T-SQL, Oracle/P-SQL oder anderen relationalen Datenbanksystemen 
  • Du nimmst die Rolle des Mentors gerne ein und andere Entwickler:innen zu fördern bereitet dir Freude
  • In weniger dynamischen Projekten der öffentlichen Verwaltung zu arbeiten, bedeutet für dich Großes zu bewirken und hoch motiviert zu sein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
