Dear au pair,We live in a suburb of the big city. It's a 5-minute bike ride or a 15-minute walk to the nearest center. It's a 30-minute bike ride or 25 minutes by bus and train to the center of the city. These also run until midnight at night and until 4 a.m. on weekends.All shops for daily needs are within walking distance.Language schools are located in the nearby center and the nearest Goethe Institute is 30 minutes by bus and train.At our house we have a nice 100m2 garden. - Job Description We don't have any specific skills in mind that need to be brought along. We would like to have a basic understanding of what it means to deal with small children. That means if you've ever looked after little siblings/nephews/nieces/neighbour's children, that's a big plus. A positive attitude to life, a love of traveling (we will travel to the mountains with the family as often as possible) and good ethics.We would like to welcome you as a member of our family. - AccommodationThe room has 12m² and 2 bright windows at the back facing the courtyard. It has a closet, bed, chair and desk. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a shower, sunken bathtub and Japanese toilet, which is primarily used by this room and the children (for bathing). When we have guests (on average once a week), they also use this toilet.
