Unsere AkzoNobel GmbH sucht für unseren Standort in Köln zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen 


Tax Specialist DACH (m/w/d)

 

Ihre Aufgaben

 

  • Überwachung von Steuerberechnungen und Cashflow Planung 
  • Anlaufstelle für Betriebsprüfung, Steuer- und Finanzberatung
  • Verwaltung von Steuerbuchungen, Steuererklärungen, und Steuerzahlungsanweisungen
  • Aufbau eines soliden lokalen Finanznetzwerks zur Gewährleistung effizienter Steuerprozesse
  • Unterstützung der Buchhaltung bei gesetzlichen Steueranforderungen
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung lokaler Steuergesetze sowie die Optimierung lokaler Steuerprozesse
  • Verwaltung von verschiedenen Steuerzahlungsprozessen und Steuerbuchhaltungsprozessen 
  • Koordinierung und Genehmigung des lokalen MwSt.-Anmeldungsprozesses in Abstimmung mit dem Steuerdienstleister, dem Buchhaltungszentrum und der Betriebsprüfung
  • Unterstützung bei (globalen) steuerbezogenen Projekten (z.B.der elektronischen Rechnungsstellung)

 

Ihre Qualifikationen

 

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) oder einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerbuchhaltung  wünschenswert 
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von ERP-Systemen (SAP bevorzugt)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit ELSTER
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Fundierte Zahlen- und Steueraffinität Zahlenaffinität
