We are looking for a Growth Marketing Working Student (f/m/d; 20 hours weekly). Join a fast-growing startup in Berlin

About You

  • Got an analytical mind that's always ready to crunch some numbers and interpret data like a pro?

  • Passionate about data analysis and testing to supercharge marketing strategies and boost performance?

  • Can you design and conduct mind-blowing tests to evaluate the awesomeness of different marketing approaches and channels?

  • Skilled in writing clear, engaging, and persuasive content across various platforms.

Your Role

This position offers you an insight into several fast-growing industries (eCommerce & AI) in general and into building a B2B brand in particular. Your tasks:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, and search engines.

  • Content Creation: Help create engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to track campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.

  • Lead Generation: Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential customers and nurturing leads through various marketing activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, Google Analytics).

  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
