What you can expect:

  • varied activity in a dynamic environment at our German production site

  • organization and coordination of tasks and projects within the IT AMS, in cooperation with internal departments and competence centers as well as external service providers

  • monitoring and ensuring the quality of Ferrero relevant IT processes

  • continuous improvement of procedures and processes in the SAP and non-SAP area

  • support in setting up, structuring and further developing the Ferrero IT support structure

  • creation and analysis of ticket reports and statistics, monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs)

  • activities within the scope of Ferrero data protection, audit support and Group Operating Standards

  • continuous development of the documentation depth and administration of the IT-AMS SharePoint platform

What we expect:

  • university degree in computer science or comparable

  • professional experience in the field of IT support experience and SAP basic knowledge

  • very good knowledge of MS-Office

  • independent way of working according to ITIL standards

  • confident appearance, distinct ability to work in a team and management skills

  • strong communication and assertiveness skills, as well as flexibility and ability to work under pressure

  • very good knowledge of German as well as English language skills, both written and spoken, further language skills are considered a plus
