Deine Rolle:

  • Du verantwortest die Selektion und Gewinnung von Neukunden, sowie aktive Beratung bestehender Kunden

  • Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Präsentation, Besprechung und Angebot und Verkauf von Produkten und Dienstleistungen bei verschiedenen Kundengruppen (Krankenhäuser, Fach- und Allgemeinarztpraxen, MVZ, Pflegeeinrichtungen, Rehazentren, Fachhandel-AD, etc.)

  • Du gestaltest die Umsetzung der Strategie im Gebiet sowie Marketingkonzepten und führst Markt- sowie Wettbewerbsbeobachtung durch

  • Du verantwortest die jährliche Steigerung der Verordner und Verordnungen sowie Erreichung der Umsatzziele

  • Analysen von relevanten Vertriebs- und Erfolgs­kenn­zahlen mit den jeweiligen Um- und Absatzpotenzialen, zur Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen

  • Aktiver Wissenstransfer in enger Kooperation mit der Wellspect Academy und dem Marketing, und fachliche Unterstützung von Kunden beim Einsatz der Produkte

  • Enge und agile Zusammenarbeit in einem agilen Vertriebsteam mit internen Schnittstellen, z.B. HomeCare, Key Account, Marketing, Inside Sales und Customer Service

Dein Profil:

  • Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene medizinische Ausbildung oder eine Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich

  • Du bringst Sales-Erfahrung im medizintechnischen Bereich mit

  • Neben einem kompetenten Auftreten, mit Präsentationsstärke zeichnet Dich eine hohe Eigenmotivation gepaart mit Organisationsgeschick aus

  • Deine Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke verhelfen Dir zur Kundengewinnung

  • Du besitzt einen sicheren Umgang mit modernen Office Programmen und Kommunikationsmedien

  • Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englisch Kenntnisse
