We are looking for a Working Student CRM & Marketing (d/f/m) to join our diverse team. You will have exciting and varied tasks, you will gain insights into our company and projects and you will take a high degree of responsibility in an environment of quick-decision-making processes and flexible working hours.

You will work 20 hours/week and you will report directly to the CRM Team Lead. This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin.

What you will do:

Support in planning, preparing, implementing, and evaluating email campaigns

Create content for newsletters - your creativity is required

Be involved in the conception, control, and implementation of our own projects to further develop our customer loyalty activities

Collaborate with internal interfaces such as development, product, and sales

Who you are:

You are fluent in German and English

You are studying a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Germany

You have a strong interest in CRM/customer management and you are keen to understand the needs of our users/customers

You work independently, enjoy taking responsibility
